By using review.sh, you agree to the following terms of service. Violation of these terms may result in the termination of your account.

These terms may be updated at any time. The updated terms of service will be posted here and will take effect from the date it is posted. Your continued use of review.sh after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

review.sh is operated by Prabashwara Hirendra Seneviratne, hereafter referred to as The Developer. The term “Content” refers to all content that you post to review.sh (e.g.: source code, text, comments)

Allowed use

You are allowed to create an account and use the functionality provided by review.sh. Certain functionality of the review.sh does not require an account and you are allowed to use this functionality as well.

You are solely responsible for Content that you post to review.sh. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the access to your account and The Developer cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are only allowed to post Content that you own or have the right to use.

Privacy

By using review.sh, you agree to the collection and usage of personal data as described in the Privacy policy

Intellectual property

By posting Content to review.sh, you give The Developer a limited license to use the Content to provide the functionality that you requested. The Developer claims no ownership rights over the Content that you upload to review.sh.

Account termination and removal of Content

The Developer reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to terminate any account and to remove any Content from review.sh. Usually such action will be taken when the terms described here are not followed.

Limitation of liability and disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, review.sh is available “As Is”.

You expressly understand and agree that

  1. Your use of review.sh is solely at your own risk
  2. review.sh is provided on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Developer expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
  3. The Developer does not warrant that
    1. review.sh will meet all your requirements
    2. The functionality provided by review.sh will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
    3. All errors in review.sh will be corrected
  4. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of review.sh is done at your own discretion and risk and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer or other device or loss of data resulting from the download or use of any such material.
  5. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from The Developer, or from review.sh, shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms.
  6. You expressly understand and agree that The Developer shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, cover or other intangible losses.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
